How are you doing? How is your life going? It is 15th August, Independence day for India. We got our freedom on this day 70 years back. Happy Independence to all Indians out there.
I wanted to share a news with my lovely WordPress family. I make handmade jewelry and I have started an Instagram shop there. Of course, I will share all the links below but I wanted to show some of my work first. Let me know your feedback in the comment section. All suggestions are welcome. I would also appreciate if you’d like to follow and show some support on my social media for this little shop. I am trying to decide on a logo and stuff. For now, I have made a little something by myself and I am ok with it. I am so excited about it and super nervous. I so wish it goes all well. Please pray for me. I would appreciate that the most.

How are you? have something to share with you. Meet my budgies. My best friend who shifted to another country has gifted me these budgies. They all are adults but I’m not sure about their exact age (which is sad).
They are the couple of this group. I love watching them groom each other. They’re just lovely when being all lovy dovy. I couldn’t come up the name for Kiwi. I liked the name (Kiwi) but I didn’t want to use it but when my sister suggested that it, I decided to go with it.
Meet Blue. He doesn’t like to interact with anybody. He’s the grumpy one. Hopefully, one day he will come and play with me. Today He was extra grumpy. I think he misses his love who flew away when he was at their previous owner’s place. I don’t know how to help him. So any suggestions would be great.
And Here is Snow.
She’s the Diva. She loves flying around in the room and posing for pictures. Also she loves the swing. Since I got these 4 I have been watching videos and reading articles about the birds so much. If you have any birds and would like to share some of your knowledge, I would love that.
I have a video of Kiwi snacking from my hand so I have uploaded that on my facebook page. I will leave a link to it here.
Hope you have a happy Sunday. Take Care. Loads of Love.
20At this, Job got up and tore his robe and shaved his head. Then he fell to the ground in worship 21 and said:
“Naked I came from my mother’s womb,
and naked I will depart.[c]
The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away;
may the name of the Lord be praised.”
Praise Him, even when the situation we are in is too tough. Because it could get much worse. We are never given any more pain or sorrow than we can bear. He is there with us through all that we go through. His love and comfort, His loving arms are always there for us. All we have to do is go to Him. Depend on Him. Praise Him.
Also, be kind to the people who are going through hard times in their life. If someone is facing difficulties and challenges in their life, it doesn’t mean that they have sinned and they are being paid for it. in Job 1:8 God said, “There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil.” He was blameless and upright unlike anyone on earth.
How are you doing?? It’s been over four months since I have stopped eating any kind of street food or take outs. And last week I was craving for some Pav-Bhaji. So I asked my mom to cook some for me. Also my best friend, Sneh has recently shifted to another country with her husband and was asking for the recipe. So I had the perfect excuse. It’s a Maharashtrian dish, delicious thick Vegetable Curry (Bhaji) with some soft bread (Pav). I hope you enjoy.
2 green finely cut chilies
1 carrot (Julian cut)
4 medium sized potato (half boiled and roughly mashed)
4 small sized eggplants (half boiled and peeled and roughly chopped)
200 gm peas (half boiled)
1 capsicum (Julian cut)
100 gm cauliflower or cabbage (Julian cut)
3 medium sized onion (Julian cut)
3 medium sized tomato (Julian cut)
1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 Finely chopped green chili
1 Tsp Kasuri methi
3 Tsp pav bhaji masala
½ Tsp turmeric
2 Tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
½ Tsp cumin powder
½ Tsp coriander powder
fresh coriander for garnishing
Salt to taste
Now Let’s get to cooking, shall we!??
How To :
Now there are two main parts in making the Bhaji. First is veggie mash and second is the curry base.
Half boil Potatoes and Eggplants and Peas separately.
Make Paste of Garlic and Ginger
Saute Capsicum on high heat for a couple of minutes.
Add finely chopped green chili. Keep stirring it.
Add cauliflower/ Cabbage.
Keep stirring it on medium flame.
Add half of the ginger garlic paste and crush Kasuri methi with your hands and sprinkle it and again, Stir.
Now you can add 1 tbsp Butter.
Mix everything well.
Add 1 tsp pav-bhaji masala.
Mix it all up and keep stirring it for a couple of minutes.
Almost done with the mash. Now add potato & eggplant (Don’t forget to get rid of the skin of both of them).
Mash it all up in the pan and keep stirring and mashing for 6-7 more Mins.
Add little more butter if needed (DO NOT ADD WATER).
Take it out in another bowl and put it aside.
You can use thick bottom tawa. We used the same Kadhai cause it had all the flavors of vegetables in it.
Now add 2 tsp oil with some butter.
Add rest of the ginger garlic paste (Stir it for 10 seconds).
Add onion and saute it till soft and transparent.
Add rest of pav-bhaji masala with all the dry spices and stir well.
After 2-3 minutes add crushed tomato and mash it up in the pan.
Keep stirring it till you see oil on the edges.
Add the vegetable mash and mix it all up.
Mash it for 5 more mins.
Add red chili powder (Kashmiri Mirch is recommended) & salt to taste and mix well.
Now you can go ahead and add water (1 ½ cup). Don’t add too much cause it will get too runny and won’t taste that good.
Let it simmer on low heat for 6-8 minutes.
Add a dollop of butter and finely chopped coriander.
Shallow fry the bread on tawa with (or without, totally depends on you) some butter. You may sprinkle some chili powder on butter to make it spicier if you want.
I know I have used ‘stirring’ word way too many time. Sorry.! But the taste is worth all the hard work. Usually, street vendors have the Curry base and Veggie Mash ready and they mix curry base and veggie mash on big frying pan on a stove with crazy high flame and serve with some raw onion and lemon slice and of course the spicy Pav. I hope you enjoyed the post. Let me know if you make this dish. I would love to see the end results.
Take care. Loads of Love. ❤
P.S. I was editing this post last night and had it again. 😀

Hello there..! How are you doing? I am having a good day. I was just telling my friend about a song I was listening to and how he looks a bit like the singer (One call away, Charlie Puth). There are times when I don’t love the song when I hear them the first time but eventually I fall in love with it like this New song by Pareenityi Chopra from Meri Pyari Bindu.
First time I heard it I didn’t hate it but did not like it for sure. After four months, I listen to the song and I just love each and every word of it. Does that happen to you too?
On the other hand, this song by John Legend was love at first sound. Twenty seconds in and I was a fan of the song. And I still love it just as much.
I have been listening songs by Shawn Mendes and Marc Anthony and Micheal Buble. (I have linked the songs I listen to more than other songs by them)Which song do you love lately? Do share. Hope you have a fun musical day like me. Take care. Loads of love. ❤
Hello there.! How are you doing? Hope you had a great week.

Hello there.!! How are you? Hope you’re having a great start of the weekend.
Today I’m going to share part 2 of the post I shared a couple of days back. This time I am not going to chat too much about each of them like I did last time.
Bubble bath – Who doesn’t like one?!! They are the best thing you can gift to yourself after long, crazy day.
Bags – When I say bags I mean all kinds of bags. Totes, sling bags, clutches, handbags, wallets, makeup bags, etc. I still like the sling bags bit more than the rest. I also love Men bags. Specifically the leather bags.
Moon – I just love watching the moon. It’s very fascinating.
Ocean – I love the sound and the smell and the sight of the ocean even though I am scared of water. ( Sometimes I am very contradicting.)
Watching tiny kitchen videos on Instagram – I mean It’s food recipes in the cutest way possible. Don’t you agree.!??
For now, I have mentioned 5 only. Hope you also share few of your random likings in the comment section. In case if you already have such posts, do leave a link to your post in the comment or tweet me @TUDles_blog with #RandomLikings. Hope you have a fun day ahead.
