How are you doing? How is your life going? It is 15th August, Independence day for India. We got our freedom on this day 70 years back. Happy Independence to all Indians out there.
I wanted to share a news with my lovely WordPress family. I make handmade jewelry and I have started an Instagram shop there. Of course, I will share all the links below but I wanted to show some of my work first. Let me know your feedback in the comment section. All suggestions are welcome. How are you? have something to share with you. Meet my budgies. My best friend who shifted to another country has gifted me these budgies. They all are adults but I’m not sure about their exact age (which is sad).
They are the couple of this group. I love watching them groom each other. They’re just lovely when being all lovy dovy. I couldn’t come up the name for Kiwi. I liked the name (Kiwi) but I didn’t want to use it but when my sister suggested that it, I decided to go with it.
Meet Blue. He doesn’t like to interact with anybody. He’s the grumpy one. Hopefully, one day he will come and play with me. Today He was extra grumpy. I think he misses his love who flew away when he was at their previous owner’s place. I don’t know how to help him. So any suggestions would be great.
And Here is Snow.
She’s the Diva. She loves flying around in the room and posing for pictures. Also she loves the swing. Since I got these 4 I have been watching videos and reading articles about the birds so much. If you have any birds and would like to share some of your knowledge, I would love that.

Hello there! How are you doing? Having a good day I hope. As you can see the title I’m gonna talk about dealing with stress today. I’m not an expert at keeping calm and being positive and energetic all the time. It’s actually the opposite of that. And that’s why I know for sure that these little things works and actually helps. Let’s get to it.
Coloring Books For Adults
Yes. There are books for adults to color in them and have fun with it. I remember whenever I used to study for my exams for hours and after getting super tired I used to doodle and just color in them. I am sure everybody used to do that. I don’t know why as we grow up we stop doing all those fun stuff which actually makes us happy and relaxes our mind. If you can’t find them in stationary close to you go online. Amazon actually has so many beautiful coloring books for grown ups.
Ok, I am going to be honest with you here. I am the worst at meditating. I can’t get my brain to focus on one thing. It just keeps talking and wondering and wandering. So I use this application called Calm to meditate. There are so many other applications, so many option out there. Also you can do yoga which helps you with your physical and mental health. I have included Surya Namaskar in my morning routine which is really great. It helps you workout all parts of your body, helps you with digestion, anxiety, breathing, muscle flexibility, lose weight, keep you youthful. It’s really great.
Back To The Nature
No matter what you do, there are times when you just want to put everything aside and go and sit on a green grass under sun and breath in the fresh air. There’s nothing more relaxing than spending time close to nature. It’s not always possible to have that getaway trip but you can try and bring the nature close to you. Some indoor succulents or flowers or hanging plants in the house will always help. They’ll improve indoor air quality and cactus is best as it produces oxygen at night as well I think(which I think is awesome).There’s post about Top 10 Plants to Improve Indoor Air Quality by The Green Life. Look who got her guitar out.!!!???
Now lately I have been trying to make some positive changes in my life. And one of them is finish something I had started few years back which is learning guitar. And I kind of gave up. But no more giving up.
I’m gonna learn how to play guitar and keep playing it till I can. Yes. Let’s hope this goes great. And if you’re like me you’ve decided to do something and gave up and kind of miss that thing join me in this journey. Let’s dream together and work on achieving them. It shall be fun. We can encourage each other and help each other in keep going forward. Because life’s too short to be stuck in a place where you don’t belong.

I was in my living room watching tv and I realised the atmosphere outside had turned orange. And it looked beautiful so I took a picture to share with you all.

Hello there..! How are you doing? Hope you’re well and having a really nice day.
So May is one of those months when so many people I know have anniversaries and birthdays including myself plus Mother’s day is just around the corner. And I was thinking of what to do and I came across this photo in which I made a canvas quote for a friend on his birthday last year(I think it was last year). So I thought I’ll share this here as it gave me an idea on what to gift my mom dad on their anniversary which is on 14th May. I’ll make another post on what I make for them later.(You know can’t ruin surprise.)
So all I did here was take a canvas (choose the size according to how long your quote will be) and than had a really old book which was sitting there.
I took out some really shabby looking pages(make sure those pages have good nice things written, you don’t want sad upsetting suicidal thoughts on your gift) and stick them with glue+water mixture.(before you start sticking the pages on canvas wait.. keep reading, read till the end and than start your project.)
So, Before you stick them arrange them and see how they look, arrange it in different ways until you are satisfied. OK go ahead FREEZE THEM…!(imagine the Lego movie villain, haha)
Let it dry over night.
Next morning write down your quote(keep it light, you don’t want it to be visible through the color you apply.)
Next I took some black poster color(You can use whatever color you want just make sure they are visible on the background you choose). I honestly should have gone for ink instead as it would be better finish.
Ok let it dry.
Next day wrap it up and GIFT IT..!! (got real excited there)
